American Swedish Historical Museum

 

The American Swedish Historical Museum is located in the FDR Park that is 8 miles South of the .  Easy access right off I-95 next to the Philadelphia Navy Yard.

 

FDR Park’s American Swedish Historical Museum was founded in 1926 on land granted to a Swedish colonist by Queen Christina. A work of art in its own right, the museum is a sight worth seeing, with beautiful murals, interesting exhibits, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

Hours:
Tuesday-Friday: 10 am-4 pm
Saturday-Sunday: Noon-4 pm
Closed Mondays and Holidays
