- Questions about how a guide was put together.
What we can't help with
- Orders, shipping, returns or refunds. We don't sell anything; contact the store you bought from.
- Medical questions. We can't say whether you're allergic to stings or what to do about symptoms. See a doctor. In an emergency, call 911.
- Legal questions. We can't tell you whether you may keep bees at your address. Ask your state apiary office, your city or county, and your HOA if you have one.
- Swarms or bees in a wall. We haven't researched those; contact a local beekeeper or your state apiary office.
